Billing & Dispatch Executive

Job Overview

Eternal Healthcare Inc. is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and versatile Billing & Dispatch Executive to manage billing, order processing, dispatch, and related documentation at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
• Handle daily billing and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate dispatches with warehouse, production, transporters, and customers.
• Verify product, quantity, batch, and packaging details before dispatch.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Maintain dispatch and billing records.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Warehouse, and Management.
• Handle multiple operational responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in billing, dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Billing software/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Should be dedicated, hardworking, organized, and versatile.
• Experience in FMCG, food, nutraceutical, or manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
