JOB DESCRIPTION – BILLING & DISPATCH EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, e-invoices and e-way bills as applicable.
• Process billing accurately as per approved orders, rates and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Stores and Logistics for timely dispatch.
• Prepare dispatch documents and ensure correct quantity, product, packing and customer details.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and dispatch scheduling.
• Maintain billing, dispatch and delivery records in ERP/software and Excel.
• Verify dispatch documents before material leaves the premises.
• Track dispatched material and coordinate for POD (Proof of Delivery).
• Handle billing/dispatch-related queries from customers and internal departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, challans and transport documents.
• Ensure compliance with company billing, dispatch and documentation procedures.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing/ERP software.
• Basic knowledge of GST, e-invoicing and e-way bills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.

Qualification

Graduate / B.Com preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
