Billing & Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates based on tender drawings and specifications.
• Perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from electrical drawings.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
• Estimate material, labor, and project costs.
• Prepare and submit tender documents.
• Review electrical layouts, SLDs, lighting, power, and cable routing drawings.
• Coordinate with project execution teams.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison statements.
• Maintain estimation records and project cost reports.
• Prepare Client Billing & Contractor Billing.
