Billing and Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With 1–3 years of experience in billing, finance, accounting, accounts receivable, or a related role.
• Experience in telecommunications, construction, engineering, or project-based companies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of billing processes, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple billing transactions and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, project teams, and internal departments.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with project teams as required.
