Billing and Order Processing Executive

Position: Billing & Order Processing Executive
Location: Kochi
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Billing
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices and process customer orders accurately.
• Handle billing activities using Tally and other billing software.
• Verify order details, pricing, and customer information before processing.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
• Maintain billing records, invoices, and order documentation.
• Update order status and ensure timely order clearance.
• Prepare daily billing and order processing reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in billing and order processing.
• Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
