Role & responsibilities
Planning & Billing Engineer Residential Construction
Key Responsibilities: Project planning and scheduling, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, client/subcontractor billing, cost control, progress monitoring, and coordination with site and project teams.
Preferred Experience: High-rise residential buildings, apartments, RCC construction, and finishing works.
Software: Primavera/MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel.
Location : As per the project requirement.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 10+ years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering
Industry: Residential Construction
