Billing And Planning Engineer

1. Billing & Contractor Bill Certification:

• Quantity take-off from drawings, BOQ & specifications
• Verification and certification of contractor RA Bills / Final Bills
• Checking compliance (checklist, pour cards, site records)
• Ensure timely bill certification and submission for payment
• Coordinate with accounts/HO for payment follow-up
• Preparation of reconciliation statements (material & financial)
• Monitor budget vs actual billing

2. Indent to Payment Cycle (Supervision Role):

• Store Keeper will prepare indents; engineer to review and approve
• Ensure indents are as per BOQ, specification and drawings
• Supervise complete cycle: Indent PO Material Delivery Billing Payment
• Coordinate with purchase team for timely procurement
• Monitor material usage and reconciliation

3. Work Order (WO) Management:

• Preparation of draft Work Orders
• Submit to HO and track approval in Power play.
• Ensure all work executed is under approved WO

4. Monthly Billing Against WO:

• Prepare and verify contractor billing based on progress
• Certification and submission for timely payment
• Track pending bills and delays

5. Planning &Scheduling:

• Prepare baseline and milestone schedules
• Collect daily, weekly and monthly plans from execution team
• Monitor progress vs plan and highlight delays

6. Execution Support:

• Coordinate with execution team for manpower, materials and resources
• Support team to achieve project milestones

7. Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

• Update progress in Power play
• Prepare DPR, weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain documentation (drawings, bills, WO, PO)

8. Budget & Cost Control:

• Track budget vs actual expenses
• Identify cost deviations
