Billing & Planning Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Scheduling

• Schedule Creation: Prepare and maintain master project schedules, baseline programs, and milestone trackers using tools like PMS Project.
• Progress Monitoring: Track daily, weekly, and monthly work progress against planned targets.
• Reporting: Generate Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and cash flow forecasts.
• Resource Planning: Coordinate labor, material, and equipment deployment schedules with site managers.

Billing & Quantity Surveying (QS)

• BOQ & Take-offs: Study Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and extract quantities from engineering drawings.
• RA & Final Bills: Prepare, verify, and process client RA bills, back-to-back bills, and subcontractor invoices.
• Site Measurements: Verify site measurements jointly with clients, consultants, or contractors, and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of construction materials (steel, cement, etc.) to prevent wastage or theft.
• Rate Analysis: Identify extra items, prepare variation/change order claims, and execute rate analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering OR ANY
• Experience: Typically 1 to 4+ years of hands-on site and office experience in infrastructure or construction

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
