Billing / AR Specialist

Sunny Grove Landscaping & Nursery is expanding and hiring for an additional A/R Biller. Experience in AIA billing within a construction/landscaping/maintenance environment helpful but not required. Position includes creating Proposals, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable. Previous experience in an Landscape Maintenance Billing office is a plus.

Must be proficient in Excel and Word. Candidates need to have verbal and written communication skills along with attention to detail. NetSuite experience a plus. We are a large company with 650 employees. We work in a fast paced environment that offers room for growth.

Job Duties

• Follow up on receiving the contract executed
• Determines billing information, due date, where to send, format (Required forms)
• Generates and mail Notice to Owner within 45 days from first fate of labor
• Provides project information to suppliers and subcontractors, as requested
• Request proper Certificate Insurance for Customer
• Produces billing and submitting to customers prior to the billing due date
• Post billing into accounting program
• Follows up and bill all change orders and extras prior to closing project
• Follows up on all change orders and corresponding job cost estimates
• Follows up and post retainage billings, upon completion of project
• Collections

Work Schedule 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with a 30-Minute Lunch
