Billing Assistant (Clerk)

Location: Kempas Baru

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, print, and scan invoices daily, ensuring timely submission to the Head of Department (HOD) and relevant executives.
• Accurately input driver commission rates into the system and complete commission calculations within a two-day timeframe.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to commissions, and prepare detailed reports for any identified shortages.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve invoice disputes, making necessary adjustments with prior approval from the HOD.
• Organize and file customs documents on a monthly basis and compile weekly summary reports for customers.
• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Billing Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimun Diploma in Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
