Billing Assistant

About the Role

The person is responsible to handle billing summary/ statement and month-end reports (revenue and expense accruals, actual billing and other).

Key Accountabilities

• Prepares billing summary based on category.
• Maintains accurate billing records and documentation.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Support month-end billing reconciliation and report.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to billing.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience​s

• Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting and Business-related course
• With at least 1-year experience in logistics or cargo operations
• With good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
