Billing Assistant

Job Summary:

• Prepares Monthly Water Bill, Reading List and Disconnection List
• Encoding of Official Receipt (all payments)
• Prepare Monthly Collection Report
• Prepare Statement of Accounts in assigned projects as per request of site personnel
• Monitoring of Reports from site (South and North) who inquire for the adjustment of Water Reading and Billing
• Monitor MERALCO billing of all water tanks and prepare requests for payment
• Entertain inquiries, complaints, and concerns of homeowners and make necessary action
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and Management from time to time

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree of Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Mgt. or equivalent
• At least 2-3 year experience specializing billing & collection, accounting or equivalent
• With real estate experience is an advantage
• Good working attitude, a team player and quick learner
• Well-organized and detailed-oriented
• Pro-active and results-driven
• Can work with minimum supervision and willing to render overtime
