About the Role

Makin Supermart is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Billing Executive to handle daily billing operations, cash/card/UPI transactions, and basic store-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the supermarket billing/POS system efficiently.
• Generate accurate bills and invoices for customers.
• Handle cash, UPI, debit/credit card and other payment methods.
• Ensure correct pricing, discounts, quantities and offers are applied.
• Manage cash counter and maintain accurate daily cash records.
• Handle returns, exchanges and billing-related customer queries.
• Coordinate with the store team regarding product prices, availability and offers.
• Check and maintain billing counter supplies.
• Prepare daily billing and cash collection reports.
• Follow store procedures for cash handling and closing the counter.
• Maintain a clean and organised billing counter.
• Provide polite and efficient customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Previous experience in supermarket, retail or billing is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS/billing software is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash and digital payment reconciliation.
• Honest, punctual and responsible.
• Ability to work in shifts and during weekends/holidays when required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
