Billing Assistant

Job Summary:

• Coordinates and monitors the schedules of the executives/management
• Handles and answers phone calls
• Coordinates with the sister companies as per instruction of executive/management
• Receives incoming documents for signature of the executive/management and other executives
• Monitors incoming and outgoing documents
• Follow-ups on pending assignments with various Departments
• Compiles daily, weekly, monthly and year-end report of all departments
• Follow up weekly reports from various departments
• Performs other tasks assigned by his/her superior

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must be at least Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent
• At least 2-3 year experience
• With good working attitude, a team player and quick learner
• Well-organized and detailed-oriented
• Pro-active and results-driven
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Can work under extreme pressure

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
