What they need
Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for completed loads.
- Verify rates, PODs, BOLs, and supporting documents.
- Calculate additional charges such as detention, layover, fuel surcharge, and chassis rental.
- Track unbilled loads and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain billing records and coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in billing or logistics preferred.
- Knowledge of US trucking operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
