What they need
- Prepare and check inpatient and outpatient bills.
- Process patient payments and issue receipts.
- Handle insurance claims and guarantee letters (GL).
- Prepare final bills for patient discharge.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate billing records and assist with daily reports.
- Respond to patients’ billing inquiries professionally.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
