What you will do

• Organize billing documents, invoices, and supporting records.

• Assist with data entry, basic reconciliation, and routine follow ups.

• Coordinate with project and finance teams to keep information accurate.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.

• Basic spreadsheet, email, and document organization skills.
