Billing Assistant Manager - Ruby Hall Clinic Hinjawadi

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day hospital billing operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for IPD, OPD, diagnostics, procedures, and other hospital services.
• Monitor billing processes, collections, refunds, and outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with TPA, insurance companies, patients, doctors, and various hospital departments.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital billing policies.
• Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and patient/insurance queries.
• Review daily billing reports and identify gaps or revenue leakages.
• Supervise and guide the billing team to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts team for reconciliation and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, policies, and applicable billing/insurance guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate with MBA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing, TPA/insurance processes, and revenue cycle management.
• Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hospital billing/ERP systems.
• Candidates from Hinjawadi and nearby areas will be preferred.
