Billing Associate

Key Responsibilities :

• Invoice Processing: Prepare, verify, and issue accurate bills, invoices, and account statements to clients and customers on a regular schedule.

-          Odoo: To Invoice

• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing errors, unallocated payments, or pricing discrepancies by collaborating with customers and internal departments.
• Account Management: Maintain, update, and reconcile customer files, billing information, and payment histories to ensure data integrity.
• Collections Support: Monitor accounts receivable, identify past-due accounts, and follow up with customers via phone or email to facilitate timely payment collection.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, or monthly financial reports, aging reports, and summaries regarding billing and collections.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding billing statements, providing clear, professional, and courteous explanations.
