About the Role
Anytime Fitness – XR&J Fitness Corp. is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Associate to manage membership billing, collections, and payment records for our clubs in General Santos City. You’ll make sure every member is billed accurately and on time, and that payments are properly recorded and reconciled. Collections are handled online and remotely, so you’ll work mainly through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and monitor membership billing and recurring payments
• Handle the collection process online/remotely: follow up on overdue accounts and failed payments through email, calls, chat, and messaging platforms
• Reconcile payments received (card, online, and bank transfers) against billing records
• Coordinate with clubs on member concerns related to billing
• Resolve billing discrepancies, refunds, and adjustments promptly
• Maintain accurate billing records, reports, and supporting documents
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and collection reports
• Coordinate with Club Managers, Finance, and Accounting on billing-related matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with billing or POS systems is an advantage
• Comfortable with online collections and professional, courteous communication with members through email, phone, and chat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, able to meet deadlines, and able to handle confidential information
• Has a reliable internet connection and a working computer or laptop
• Residing in or willing to relocate to General Santos City, and able to start immediately
