Billing Clerk

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate invoices, billing statements, and service-related documents for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify Job Orders, parts, labor charges, discounts, and other service-related costs.
• Encode and update billing transactions in the company system.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts, Accounting, and Cashier regarding billing concerns and discrepancies.
• Prepare daily billing reports and assist in reconciliation of service transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of customer and vehicle billing records.
• Handle customer billing inquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course.
• With experience in automotive billing, dealership, service center, or accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Job Orders, parts, labor, and automotive service charges is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting procedures.
• Accurate, organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and customer-service oriented, especially when handling premium/high-end vehicle clients.

Pay: Php19,500.00 - Php20,500.00 per month
