About the role
The Billing Staff is responsible for the issuance of final statement of account of daily discharge patients as accurate as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of patient's accounts balance
- Send progress billing through text or call
- Notify the Billing Supervisor for any possible problem arises from patient
- Posting of Post charges if close account or cash basis
- Coordinates to HMO offices for the coverage of hospitalization under insurance
- Call or text doctors for their professional fees to be included in the final statement of account
- Compute deduction or benefits (PHIC; Discount: HMO coverage)
- Prepare the final Statement of Account
- PHIC completion of data in CSF
- Case rate
About you
- Graduate of 4 or 2 years course
- Efficient, honest and trustworthy
- Willing to work shifting and holidays
- Articulate and know how to deal with people
- Computer literate
- Physically and mentally fit with pleasing personality
