Billing Collections Analyst (NIGHT SHIFT)

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating customer invoices;
• Cash Receipt & Applications ;
• Customer Dispute Management;
• Customer Risk Management & Open Orders controls;
• Customer Collections;
• Working toward optimization of days outstanding and aging of accounts receivable (primary);
• Understanding, investigating, and resolving AR and collection issues;
• Process new customer set up and existing customer maintenance;
• Process manual adjustments (credit notes);
• Interact successfully with internal and external auditors by providing timely and accurate data;
• AR subledger reconciliation to General Ledger.

QUALIFICATIONS

• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified(preferred but not mandatory) with 2-3 years' experience in a similar role;
• Prior experience of ERP system such as SAP/Oracle;
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and meet all statutory filing deadlines;
• Advanced excel skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Can work on night shift (12am - 8am PH Time)

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Corporate and local accounting rules;
• ERP systems (e.g., SAP / Oracle);
• Fluent English;
• Superior organizational skills, also in tight deadlines.
