Billing Coordinator

Job descriptions:

• Specific billing activities/processes to be covered by the outsourced resources

  • Activity will be to draft, finalize, and dispatch Invoices

• Expected KPIs/deliverables (e.g. target files billed/cleared, aging reduction targets, turnaround expectations, accuracy expectations)

  • Expectation is for them to cover 15-20 invoices per day, averaged on a weekly basis with 98% accuracy
  • Their scope will be based on assigned Files by their Supervisor, either aged files or current files, depending on the need.

• System access and CW1 requirements

  • Emails, Teams, and CW1

• Monitors every stage of the invoicing process in the corresponding report

• Creates OR as final invoice attached in billing for BIR ruling

• Provide timely reports of jobs done

• Responsible for all invoicing or every activity performed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Admin/Customs, or equivalent

• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications

• Preferably 1 year to 3 years of working experience financial / accounting position /Int’ Freight Forwarding/Customs Brokerage Operations

• With logistics billing experience

• Comfortable with numbers

• Must have a keen eye for details

• Excellent reporting and analytical skills

• Has good organization and planning capability

• Familiar with Incoterms

• Willing to work with a contract duration of 3 months (possible extension).
