Billing Coordinator

RoadOne IntermodaLogistics is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Corporate Billing Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you’ll help coordinate billing activities across the organization while supporting the Accounts Receivable Manager. You’ll work with customer billing, credit applications, account setup, web billing, and internal teams to help ensure billing processes are accurate and run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

· Manage day-to-day customer billing activities, including required customer documentation and transaction processing.

· Manage incoming credit applications and perform credit investigations for new and existing customers.

· Establish appropriate lines of credit based on customer creditworthiness.

· Set up new customers and billing profiles within RoadOne’s transportation management systems, including TVI.

· Partner with service centers, agents, customers, and management to research and resolve billing issues.

· Respond to customer and internal requests for missing documentation and information related to account setup.

· Manage and resolve billing-related Zendesk tickets submitted by field locations.

· Oversee web billing processes and ensure customer web billing accounts remain accurate and up to date.

· Coordinate customer website credentials and assist with setting up new web billing accounts.

· Prepare reports for management and executive leadership as requested.

What We’re Looking For

· 3+ years of billing experience.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience, including accounting or business coursework.

· Transportation industry experience preferred.

· TVI experience preferred.

· Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Professional, collaborative, and adaptable approach to working with customers and internal teams.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
