Target Compensation: $44,000 - $55,000 Key Responsibilities For The Billing Coordinator

• Maintain client and matter records including updates, coding changes, and matter maintenance
• Process and support e-billing and timekeeper approvals in client billing systems
• Post and reconcile cash receipts and assist with payment allocation activities
• Support accounts receivable activities, including write-offs and collection-related research
• Respond to inquiries regarding client accounts, payments, and financial records while providing administrative support to finance operations

Qualifications For The Billing Coordinator

• Minimum 2 years of office, accounting, billing, or finance-related experience if non-degreed
• Experience in professional services or legal environments a nice plus
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and eagerness to learn in a high volume environment
