BILLING COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Register patients and update records

• Attend to front counter inquiries

• Collect payment and issue receipts

• Verify patient information and documents

• Maintain accurate patient and payment records

• Provide good customer service

• Follow hospital policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENT :

• Minimum SPM & must be willing to work on shift.

• Have own transport.

• Demonstrate commitment and proactively within the defined area of authority.

• Basic computer skills and data entry knowledge

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Honest, responsible and detail-oriented

Salary will commensurate with years of experience in the relevant position. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
