  • Build, maintain, and deliver professional customer service and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external contacts. This position requires routine communication with firm attorneys, client contacts, and other personnel, both inside and outside the firm.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to existing processes, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and a commitment to raising the standard of the team’s work.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex billing information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a personal standard that does not accept “close enough.”

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-billing platforms such as BillBlast, Collaborati, CounselLink, Legal Tracker, or similar systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
