PACC Foods Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Billing Data Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes that support our business operations and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and update billing information in the company’s database and billing systems.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to clarify and resolve billing issues.
• Generate billing reports and summaries for management review.
• Monitor billing cycles and deadlines to ensure timely invoicing.
• Assist in auditing billing records and correcting discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized records of billing transactions and communications.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve billing processes and data accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in billing, data entry, or related administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and billing software or ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies efficiently.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and billing compliance is a plus.
