Job Description – Billing Domestic/Export

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

About the Role

The Executive – Billing will manage billing & SAP activities for domestic and export shipments. The role will ensure invoices and related documents are prepared accurately and on time, with correct customer, product, quantity, pricing, tax, and shipment details.

Roles and Responsibilities

• • Prepare and process domestic and export invoices as per approved orders and dispatch details.
  • Verify customer, SKU, quantity, price, tax, and other billing information before invoice generation.
  • Coordinate with teams for billing and dispatch requirements.
  • Ensure invoices are generated within the required timelines.
  • Prepare and check export documents and other shipment-related documents.
  • Process billing transactions in SAP/ERP and maintain accurate records.
  • Verify dispatch details against invoices before shipment.
  • Handle invoice corrections, cancellations, and credit/debit notes as required.
  • Respond to billing queries from internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure billing follows customer procedures.

Requirements

• • Minimum +12 or Diploma. Education in Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in billing and invoicing.
  • Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is a must.
  • Experience in 3PL, manufacturing or warehousing experience is preferred
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage billing within tight timelines.
