Billing, Dispatch & Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate customer orders with sales and operations teams.

· Prepare and verify invoices and dispatch-related documents.

· Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.

· Track shipments and maintain delivery records.

· Share dispatch and delivery updates with customers.

· Maintain dispatch, transport and order records.

· Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for required documentation.

· Make billing and basic accounting-related entries in Tally.

· Maintain proper records of invoices, dispatches, payments and related documents.

· Resolve routine dispatch, billing and logistics coordination issues.

Candidate Requirements

· Graduate preferred.

· 5-10 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, billing or operations coordination.

· Working knowledge of Tally is required for invoice, billing and basic accounting-related entries.

· Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and email.

· Strong coordination and record-keeping skills.

· Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.

· Good English and Hindi communication skills.

· Good understanding of billing, invoices and basic accounting documentation.

· Ability to coordinate with transporters, customers and internal departments.

· Ability to work from the Race Course, Dehradun office.
