Position: Billing Engineer
Location: Hisar
Experience: Minimum 8 Years in High-Rise / Multi-Storey Construction Projects.
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering.
Job Description:
Handle RA Bills, BOQ, quantity measurement, client/subcontractor billing, rate analysis and material reconciliation.
Handle material reconciliation and quantity reconciliation.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Clients and Consultants for billing-related matters.
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets and supporting documents.
Monitor variation works, extra items and deviations.
Assist in rate analysis, contract terms and payment certification.
Prepare MIS and billing reports for management review.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills for certification and payment.
Requirement: Contractor-side experience is mandatory with strong knowledge of MS Excel and billing documentation & Auto Cad
