Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity measurement, subcontractor bills, client bills, and commercial documentation for building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client RA bills as per project progress and contract terms.
• Prepare and verify subcontractor/vendor bills.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, and Accounts Team.
• Maintain records of work executed, measurements, bills, deductions, and certifications.
• Prepare variation statements, extra-item bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Verify material consumption and quantity reconciliation.
• Ensure billing is accurate and submitted within the required timeline.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, billing, quantity measurement, and rate analysis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
