Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes for oil & gas projects, ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices to clients.
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as estimation, rate analysis, and cost control to optimize project profitability.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with planning engineers to develop detailed estimates for refinery operations and maintenance work.
• Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders throughout the billing process.
