Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage client billing, subcontractor billing, and quantity surveying for construction projects.
- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS) and ensure accuracy in billings.
- Conduct site visits to verify contractor claims and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly/weekly reports on billing status.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in billing engineering or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of client billing, subcontractor billing, Quantity Surveying, Bar Bending Schedule preparation.
