Role & responsibilities
- Measurement & Billing- Verify contractor RA bills (Running Account Bills) based on actual work done. Conduct joint measurements at site
- Variation & Change Management- Evaluate and process Variations / extra items / deviations
- "Cost Monitoring & Control- Track project cost against Approved budget, Work progress
- Prepare Cost reports, Cash flow forecasts. Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions"
- Claims & Dispute Management- Analyze contractor claims related to: Delays (EOT), Additional scope, Rate variations
- Documentation & Record Keeping
Preferred candidate profile
- BOQ preparation & quantity take-offs
- Cost estimation & rate analysis
- Billing (RA & final bills)
- Contract management & claims handling
- Cost control & budgeting
- Strong knowledge of drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Excel / ERP tools
