*Quantity take for Pretendering & Posttendering.
*Reviewing&studyofstructural&architecturaldrawingsdeeply.
*Sitevisitingandpreparingmeasurementsheetsaspersiteprogresspriortobilling.
*Inspectingtheexecutedworkspriortotakingapprovalfromconsultant.
*PreparingInterimPaymentCertificate(IPC)orProgressBillingtoClient.
*EvaluatingandpreparingPaymentCertificatefromsubcontractor’sclaims.
*QuantitycalculatingfromScheduleofFinishes(ordrawings)priortoBOQpreparation.
*Liaisoningwithconsultantstotakeeffectivedecisionsrelatingtotechnicaland
Contractualmatters.
*Monitoringtheprogressofworkondailybasis.
*Preparing&FinalizeDeviation&Extraitemstatement.
*Keepingcontrolonpurchaseofmaterialsaccordingtodrawing&changeindrawing.
*PreparingExcessSavingstatementonthebasisofdrawingavailability.
*MaintainingCo-ordination&reportingtotheTopManagement.
*MaintainingtheCoordinationwiththeExecutionDepartment,PlanningDept.&
PurchaseDept.Forthesmoothflowofwork.
*CoordinatingwithContractors&alltheagencies&conductingweeklymeeting
regardingtheProgressoftheworkasperschedulesubmittedbythecontractor.
*AssisttheArchitect.Preparingdrawings,Estimates,BarbendingSchedule&Valuations.
*Preparationofweekly&monthlyreportswithQuantities&Cost
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
DCE/BE,Civil
03 to 8 Yrs Exp of Industrial building construction Experience.
