- Preparation of Cost estimates.
- Preparation of Schedule of Rate for Construction Works.
- Preparation of Work Orders.
- Cash flow statements.
- Track Bank Guarantees and ensure timely renewal.
- Prepare outstanding reports with ageing.
- Ensure smooth bill processing function.
- Accuracy in SOR.
- Calculations of Variance Analysis.
