About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our Head Office team. The role involves assisting the billing team in project scheduling, monitoring progress, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in planning concepts, good analytical skills, and a keen interest in project management within the construction/infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using billing software (Primavera P6/MS Project/Farvision).
• Coordinate with project/site teams to collect progress data and update schedules accordingly.
• Support in preparing weekly/monthly project progress reports for management review.
• Assist in resource planning, allocation, and productivity tracking.
• Monitor project milestones and highlight potential risks/delays to senior planners.
• Maintain documentation and records related to project billing.
• Support in preparing presentations, dashboards, and MIS reports.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 5-6 years of experience in project billing.
• Basic knowledge of project billing tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project or Farvision or SAP will be a plus.
• Strong MS Excel and report preparation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work in a team environment.

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
