Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer – Civil to join our construction project team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing project bills, verifying measurements, handling client and subcontractor billing, and maintaining accurate billing records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit RA Bills (Running Account Bills) for civil construction projects.
• Prepare client bills and subcontractor bills.
• Verify measurements and quantities as per drawings and BOQ.
• Prepare and check BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity estimation.
• Handle rate analysis and extra-item billing.
• Coordinate with the site team, project manager, and accounts department.
• Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
• Verify work completion and reconcile quantities with site measurements.
• Assist in preparing final bills and variation statements.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of project bills.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in civil construction billing.
• Good knowledge of RA Bills, BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
• Experience in building construction projects is preferred.
• Strong numerical, documentation, and coordination skills.
