Billing Engineer

Job highlights

Role & Responsibilities Senior QS & Billing (Faade Industry)

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates for faade, glazing, aluminium, ACP, and cladding works.
• Handle project billing, client billing, subcontractor bills, and RA bills.
• Prepare and verify measurement sheets, work orders, and BOQ variations.
• Analyze project costs, material consumption, and budget variations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, purchase, and accounts teams.
• Verify site measurements and ensure accurate quantity calculations.
• Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and extra-item claims.
• Maintain billing records, project documentation, and MIS reports.
• Monitor project progress against BOQ quantities and approved budgets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing, preferably in the faade, glazing, aluminium, ACP, or construction industry.
• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, RA bills, and client billing.
• Experience in subcontractor billing, rate analysis, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
• Candidates available for immediate joining in Hyderabad are preferred.
