Position: Billing Engineer

Location: Mumbai ( BKC)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and contractor bills.
• Handle quantity estimation, measurement, and rate analysis for civil/construction works.
• Verify BOQ, work orders, measurements, and billing documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams for billing-related activities.
• Conduct joint measurements and ensure accurate recording of executed quantities.
• Prepare MB (Measurement Book) and maintain proper billing records.
• Check variations, extra items, deductions, and reconciliation of quantities.
• Assist in cost control, budget monitoring, and project financial tracking.
• Ensure bills are prepared and submitted within project timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and support client/subcontractor reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the commercial and project teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Billing, BOQ, Quantity Surveying, and Rate Analysis.
• Good understanding of RCC, civil, finishing, and construction activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of billing/estimation software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in Real Estate will be preferred.
