Billing Engineer – Interior

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify client bills, contractor bills, and subcontractor bills.

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), RA Bills, and final bills as per project measurements and work progress.

Take site measurements and verify quantities against drawings and BOQ.

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, vendors, and accounts teams for billing and payment certification.

Prepare rate analysis, quantity reconciliation, and variation statements for extra or deviation works.

Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, work orders, and supporting documents.

Check material consumption, work completion, and contractual rates before bill submission.

Assist in cost control, budget tracking, and preparation of monthly billing reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, or civil execution billing.

Knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.

Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Good coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.

Experience: 2-5 Years

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
