Key Responsibilities

• Handle construction billing for warehouse/industrial projects.
• Prepare and verify RA bills and BOQ.
• Manage quantity measurement, reconciliation, and variation claims.
• Review construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain accurate billing and quality documentation.
• Civil Engineering background preferred.
