Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Client Billing & Subcontractor Billing for construction projects.
- Prepare and submit RA Bills, Final Bills & Running Bills.
- Verify site measurements, quantities, BOQ and drawings.
- Prepare Quantity Take-Offs & Material Reconciliation.
- Verify subcontractor bills against actual work executed.
- Prepare Rate Analysis, Variation Statements & Extra Item Claims.
- Coordinate with Site, Planning, QS, Client/Consultant and Accounts teams.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets and supporting documents.
- Track bill certification, approvals and payment status.
- Prepare billing-related MIS and reports
