Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills & E Invoicing and other

dispatch documents.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Verify sales orders, pricing, quantities, and dispatch details before billing.
• Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/software on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with transporters for shipment scheduling and tracking.
• Ensure all dispatches comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Resolve billing or dispatch-related queries from customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of invoices, courier receipts, and transport

records.

• Support inventory reconciliation and stock movement documentation.
• Generate periodic dispatch and billing reports for management.

• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
