Billing Executive-CGHS

Handle end-to-end CGHS insurance claim processing through the CGHS portal.

Verify patient eligibility, referral letters, and authorization documents.

Process online pre-authorizations and approvals as per CGHS norms.

Prepare, verify, and upload complete claim documents on the CGHS portal.

Ensure compliance with CGHS package rates, documentation requirements, and billing guidelines.

Coordinate with consultants, nursing, medical records, billing, and finance departments for required documents.

Monitor claim status, respond to deficiencies, and submit revised documents within timelines.

Follow up with CGHS authorities for pending approvals, claim settlements, and payment realization.

Reconcile submitted claims with payments received and maintain outstanding reports.

Maintain accurate MIS reports for submitted, pending, rejected, and settled claims.

Stay updated with the latest CGHS circulars, package revisions, and policy changes.

Maintain confidentiality of patient records and insurance-related documents
