Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing details, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Maintain billing records and customer account information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with collections.
• Process credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments.
• Reconcile billing records with accounts receivable.
• Prepare billing reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and GST regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/billing software such as Tally, ERP, or SAP.
• Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
