Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in billing, invoicing, and documentation.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock handling, and dispatch procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• A responsible, disciplined, and proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 13 years of experience in billing, invoicing, warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Candidates with experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics environments would be preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and maintaining reports.
• Hands-on experience in billing, invoice generation, stock entries, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
• Basic understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, GRN, dispatch processes, and warehouse documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in maintaining inventory and billing records.
