Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Inventory Executive to handle barcoding, stock management, billing entries, and daily operational trackers. The candidate should have hands-on experience with APX Billing Software (Billing) and strong documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage product barcodes accurately
• Handle stock purchase entries in APX Billing (Billing)
• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy
• Prepare and update daily and weekly trackers
• Perform DO (Delivery Order) checking
• Verify and cross-check invoices with purchase and stock records
• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and operations team
• Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in APX Billing Software
• Knowledge of billing, inventory, and stock management
• Good command over MS Excel (trackers, reports)
• Basic understanding of purchase, invoices, and DO process
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
